Revisions to Planning Application Submission

Following feedback from officials at Trafford Council, we are pleased to make their suggested revisions to the planning application submitted for 701-709 Chester Road. We continue to work hard to ensure feedback from all stakeholders is incorporated into plans to maximise this development’s benefits for the local community and economy.

Revised plans include the removal of ironwork to the tower crown and replacing the cladding on the Warwick Road wing with brick. An architectural fin has also been added for design purposes and improved privacy, as well as an updated corner block with brick parapet on Hornby Road.
